A local Hudson Valley business is looking for help from different law enforcement agencies across the US.

Kingston, NY Coffee Shop Collects Law Enforcement Patches

Uptown Coffee in Kingston has been a staple in the community over the last few years and has a special appreciation for law enforcement across the Hudson Valley.
Owner of Uptown Coffee, Jenna Benincasa, tells us that when the world stopped during the pandemic and most of her friends had to keep working as many of them were essential workers and she kept the coffee shop open, Benincasa realized that "all we had was each other. We didn't have the luxury of staying home. And that's when I mentioned growing my patch wall."
Benincasa has a patch wall at her coffee shop made up of local law enforcement agency patches. That you can see below.

When Jenna said she wanted to grow her patch wall, she was envisioning hundreds of patches from all over the U.S.

US Patch Wall Dreams Come True

Recently, Jenna's father passed away and she and her family were understandably upset about the huge loss to their family. So in an effort to cheer Jenna up, her friends decided to turn her dream of a USA patch wall into reality and started reaching out to different Law Enforcement groups on social media asking them to send patches from across the states to Uptown Coffee in Kingston.
And just like that, patches from all over the US started to make their way into Uptown Coffee.

Jenna goes on to tell us:
I want to show the true love and support that connects us throughout the country. My law enforcement and first responder family has become the true heartbeat of my business.

If you or someone you know is part of a police or fire department in the US that would like to add to the Uptown Coffee US Patch Wall they can be sent to:
