The hotter months are here and that means that fair season is right around the corner in the Hudson Valley.

We got the great news back towards the end of May, beginning of June, that our favorite Hudson Valley fairs will all be returning for the summer of 2021.

The Orange County Fair will kick off on July 15th and run through August 1st in Middletown. Save the date for the Ulster County Fair running from Tuesday, August 3rd through Sunday, August 8th in New Paltz. And of course, the Dutchess County Fair in Rhinebeck will run from August 24th through August 29th at the fairgrounds in Rhinebeck.

When the news came rolling in that fairs would return we wondered if there would be any performances at the grandstand? And now, we have some answers.

The Dutchess County Fair announced that they will be welcoming Jimmie Allen to the Grandstand stage this August. Jimmie Allen was this year's ACM New Male Artist of the year and you probably heard a few of his songs right here on The Wolf.

Jimmie will take the stage on Tuesday, August 24th which is also the first official day of the Dutchess County Fair. You can catch the show free of charge with paid admission to the fair.

Ian Flanigan, who represented the Hudson Valley on The Voice last year, is also scheduled to play the Dutchess County Fair, later in the week on August 26th. That's a whole lot of talent in Rhinebeck.

For ticket information and the rest of the schedule for the Dutchess County Fair find them on Facebook or on online at DutchessFair.Com.
