I love attending festivals in the Hudson Valley. This summer, we can go to the Neversink River Festival at the D&H Canal Park in Cuddebackville.

On August 15, 2026 and August 16, 2026, this event will take place. There is free admission at the Neversink River Festival with a $5 donation for parking.

We can also attend the Saugerties Food Truck Festival at Cantine Veterans Memorial Field in Saugerties. Food lovers from all over can go to this event on July 3, 3026.

There is also a popular festival that is returning to the Catskills this summer that we can also attend.

Fan- Favorite Free Festival Returns To The Catskills This Summer

Woohoo! Hudson Valley residents get excited each year when this festival returns to the Catskills. The Borscht Belt Museum is hosting a celebration in Ellenville that will provide fun, food, comedy and more for two days!

We can attend the Borscht Belt Fest on July 25, 2026 and July 26, 2026. This exciting street fair has free admission while their indoor shows and events are something that we can purchase tickets for.

What Can We Experience At The Borscht Belt Festival In Ellenville, NY This Summer?

On The Borscht Belt Museum's website, they included some highlights that we can look forward to at the Borscht Belt Fest. On Saturday, they will have a Makers Market on Canal Street. Sunday includes the street fair festivities from 10am until 4pm. This year, parents and kids can explore the children's area at this festival which is also free. There will be food options available on site in addition to craft beer, wine and more.

While in the area, we can also visit Cohen's Bakery in Ellenville which has some tasty options in a historic setting. I like their wide variety of options when I went there. Also in Ellenville, there's a hang gliding destination and flight park to see at Mountain Wings.

There's always something fun to do in the Hudson Valley especially during the summer. Enjoy!
