Is it real or done on an IPAD?

I love my IPAD, I use it all the time for everything from social media, email, shopping, photography, games etc. I have even worked with some of the sketch book type apps and have had fun making my little creations, but I haven't done anything like this. My stick figures are pretty basic! The artist, Kyle Lambert, says it isn't an enhanced photograph, it's an original finger painting done on the IPAD.
