Many fire departments have Santa events happening over the next few weeks. Some have him on a fire truck driving around your neighborhood while others have him at pancake breakfasts.

Saturday, December 14, 2024 - Lunch with Santa and the Polar Express with the Gardiner Fire and Rescue 2349 Route 44/55 in Gardiner from 11 AM to 2 PM. Enjoy a day filled with Christmas crafts, a ride on the Polar Express, and lunch with Santa! Saturday, December 14, 2024 - the Stone Ridge Fire Company's Light Up Marbletown Christmas and Holiday Parade. The Stone Ridge Volunteer Fire Company will host this event at 525 Cottekill Road in Stone Ridge from 6 PM to 9 PM. Mutual aid companies and other community organizations will take part everyone is welcome to come enjoy the festivites.

Sunday, December 15, 2024 - The Port Ewen Fire Department's Ladies Auxiliary will host a pancake breakfast and toy drive. Bring a new unwrapped toy and get $2 off your pancakes. Toys will be collected by Marines with Toys for Tots for children in Ulster County. This event is being held at the firehouse at 129 Legion Court in Port Ewen from 8 AM to 11 AM.

Sunday, December 17, 2024 - The Clintondale Fire Department is holding its annual Santa Pancake Breakfast at the firehouse at 1063 Route 44/55 on Clintondale from 7 AM to 11 AM. Come by for pictures with Santa from 8 AM to 10 AM. There is a 50/50 for the grownups and plenty of pancakes for everyone. Adults $10, First Responders and Veterans $8, Children 3-12 $5, Under 2 are free. All proceeds will go towards the Fire Department 100 Years of Service celebration.

Saturday, December 21, 2024 - The Washingtonville Fire Department has Santa traveling around the fire district neighborhoods. Listen for the Sirens so you can catch Santa and his helpers handing out candy canes and spreading Christmas Cheer. Santa heads out at 9 AM and for a complete list of streets follow the Washingtonville Fire Department on social media.
