
Learn to Paint and Make A Witch Bottle
They are everywhere and they are so fun to do with a group of friends. Check out the list of what I call "Crafty Events" near you. Paint and sips, furniture painting, planter making and more. February 29 - The Wuwu Project at the Hoot Owl Restaurant - Sip and Paint at the Hoot Owl in Pine Bush from 3 PM to 5 PM - Choose one of two paintings to replicate during the class. Cost is $35 and includes canvas and supplies. (Dinner & drinks not included)
March 9 - Make Your Own Witch Bottles at The Awareness Shop from 7 PM to 9 PM. Learn about a type of magick that goes back hundreds of years. You find out about there will discuss their history, the how to’s of making Witch bottles. You will create your own to take home. $35 - $10 deposit required to cover supplies. March 11 - Paint and Pour Workshop at Hudson Valley Vintage 54 Elizabeth Street in Red Hook. Paint Pouring is on trend right now. You will get a lesson in the amazing art of the “Dirty Pour” using Fusion Mineral Paint. After practicing on a canvas you’ll create a set of four gorgeous coasters and a trivet for your home or a fabulous gift. The cost is $40.
