As the summer starts to wind down, you can still head out to some fun car shows and car events in the Hudson Valley. The first weekend in August has a few you may want to add to your calendar.

Sometimes there is music, there is always a chance to grab some food, and the event at the Fair Oaks Driv-In has your chance to catch a classic movie.

Drive-In Theater in Middletown Will Hold A Cruisin' Night with Movies

Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 - Don't miss Cruzin at the Drive-In. Bonez Garage, along with the Hudson Valley Hotrods Car Club, is holding a night of movies and car fun at the Fair Oaks Drive-In in Middletown on Bloomingburg Road. It is free admission, you can pick a movie to watch, and hang out until the movie ends. Pick from: Smokey and the Bandit, Used Cars with Kurt Russel, American Graffiti, California Kid, or Hollywood Knights. Bring your hot rod or your minivan; everyone is invited to come out and enjoy a night at the movies.

Car & Bike Show Will Benefit Hudson Valley Honor Flight

Sunday, August 3rd, 2025 - 12th Annual Car Show to Support Hudson Valley Honor Flight. The car show is at 10 AM, and the party is at noon. Live music, great food, and Bikes are welcome. It will be held at Lippincott Manor on Lippincott Road in Wallkill, New York. Tickets are $25 at the door; kids 12 and under are free. For tickets, contact John Joyce (845) 591-8524.

Annual Car Show Coming to Whortlekill Rod & Gun Club

Sunday, August 3rd, 2025The Whortlekill Rod & Gun Club Car & Bike Show will be held at the Whortlekill Rod & Gun Club at 540 Route 376 in Hopewell Junction. The Show gets underway at 9 AM with registration, and then the gates will open at 11 AM.  The car and motorcycle entry fee is $10.
