Local artists have painted hippie buses which are located on the streets of Saugerties, NY. These 38 groovy pieces of art are on display from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

There will be a live auction on September 15, 2024 in Saugerties, NY. Those who are interested can place a bid online which starts at $450.

I was excited to come across these beautifully made buses that highlight the 1969 Woodstock Music Festival which took place in Bethel, NY. People from all over still visit this site today to explore the grounds, attend concerts and more at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.

"It was the perfect day yesterday to see all the beautiful buses that were on display as part of the Saugerties Chamber of Commerce "Groovin' Around Saugerties" sidewalk art display at Smokin' Pony BBQ yesterday afternoon."

The Saugerties Chamber of Commerce mentioned that there were over 100 people who attended this event
