How bad has it been?

We got talking on the Wakin' Up with CJ and Jess Show about how one of our favorite country bands, Alabama had to announce the other day that they will need to postpone the remaining dates of their 50th Anniversary Tour because of singer Randy Owen's ongoing cluster migraines and vertigo.

As much as we hate to see them have to cancel the tour dates, from whet we hear if you get a migraine, it can be one of the worst things to get through. Neither Jess or I have ever had one, at least I don' think so but many people have had them and when you get one, you never forget it.

Jess said that her mom has had them before and when she does, she takes a cold cloth and puts it over her eyes and then takes some alone time to get through it.
