Frolic Friday: The Derby

It's Friday and we are ready to get our Frolic on!

We decided that this week our theme will be in honor of the Kentucky Derby, which takes place on Sunday at Churchill Downs.

Take a look as Jess and I try to combine frolicking with galloping.....

Yes once again we prove that the name of our show should be "Morons in the Morning." But I gotta be honest after the frolic I feel re-energized and ready to win some money on the Derby on Sunday.

It's going to rain for the next few days, like non stop, so today should be the day YOU try frolicking. I promise it'll make you feel great!!!

All you have to do in drop your arms to your side, point your hands out and start frolicking or galloping this week, around like your a horse in a wide open field. Go ahead give it a try.
