Tuesday is a big night. Election night 2016, the night we have all been waiting for since this time last year. That might be the reason a lot of people are having election night viewing parties. So I thought it was a good idea to gather together some tips for you to insure a fun night is had by all no matter what the outcome.

Tip one is take Wednesday off because win or lose it is going to be a long night. Tip two have fun with the results. Get yourself a big giant map of the United States and some crayons so you and your guests can color in states as the results become official. (Side note: Puerto Rico and other territories of the United States don't actually get to vote in the presidential election only the primaries so you can leave them off the map).

You may need to pick up the Crayola 68 pack in order to have the proper political party colors for this years race. However, red and blue will probably be used the most often.

Tip three plan good old American stick to ribs favorites. True comfort food that everyone who doesn't care about calories can enjoy. My personal favorite in the video below are the deep fry deviled eggs.

Tip four is provide good beverages but I am going to leave those suggestions up to you. After all you know your crowd best, we wouldn't want to suggest wine to a bunch of beer drinkers. Maybe go with both.

And finally tip five and probably the most important, remember that when it's all over we are all still living in the best country in the world, we are all still friends and we can do it all over again in 2020.
