Finding A Mentor At Work

I am EXTREMELY lucky to start my radio career here on 94.3/97.3 The Wolf.

If you are just starting out like me, a piece of advice I would like to give you is to find a mentor in your job.

It is so important while you're learning to have someone that has been through it all and that you can bounce ideas off of.

People who are seasoned workers remember that feeling of just starting out and it's a great away to merge ideas together.

Don't be afraid to reach out and talk to people in other positions too, because even someone you don't expect, they could have a similar experience to what you are going through.

I'm VERY fortunate to work in a place where there are so many people willing and eager to help me.

So, ask questions, shadow others often, and see everything you can.

Remember all it takes is one person to believe in you.
