Every Friday morning Jess and I try to launch you into the weekend feeling good with our Friday morning "feel goods". I mean its been a really long week, you worked really hard and now its time to relax...for most.

Sometimes we all have a hard time getting through a Friday, sometimes it feels like its never going to end. With that in mind we started "feel good Friday" awhile back to try and focus in on whats making the Hudson Valley feel good.

Ya know the stuff that your looking forward to, maybe its the weekend off, maybe a new addition to the family, a birthday, whatever is making you feel good, we want to hear it from you so we can share in your good vibes!
