Fan of hiking and waterfalls? Well if you're planning on visiting the Falling Water Preserve in Saugerties, you may want to reschedule.

According to Scenic Hudson Valley one of the most popular water falls will be closed down this weekend. Starting Thursday June 8th, the Falling Water Preserve will be closed until Saturday June 10th. They plan to demolish a nearby structure and are looking to get through the process as quick as possible. The demolition will be over by the near the park’s trailhead and parking area.

While Falling Water will be closed for a few days. Don't miss out on opportunities to check out other great waterfalls around the Hudson Valley. Bash Bish Falls, which lands on the boarder of New York and Massachusetts on 109 State Route 344 in Copake Falls is one of my favorites and is more like a brisk walk than a  hike.

Where are some of your favorite falls to visit in the Hudson Valley?
