Dutchess County Man Sexually Assaulted 12-Year-Old, Police Say

A Stanford man is accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old.

New York State Police say Jesse J. Kipp, 21, had sexual contact with the child in the Town of Stanford. Police arrested Kipp on Thursday on a charge of predatory sexual assault against a child, a felony.

Kipp was arraigned in the Town of LaGrange Justice Court and sent to Dutchess County Jail. No bail was set. The date for his appearance in the Town of Stanford Court has not yet been set.
