CMA Awards Spoiler Alert

Do not read any further if you don't want to know the CMA Awards that have already been announced today. Before every awards show there are always a few categories that are announced before actual air time. This happens because there usually isn't time for every award. I have to say I am a little surprised at the categories that were pre-awarded for this years CMA's. They seem like fan favorite awards that we might have liked more drama on but here are the winners so far.

For Musical Event of the Year the trophy goes to Keith Urban and Eric Church who won for Raise 'Em Up. Willie and Merle; Blake and Ashley; Miranda and Little Big Town plus Kenny and Grace, I am sure wish them congrats as do all of us here at The Wolf.

The other CMA awarded this afternoon was for Music Video of the Year and that trophy went to newcomers Maddie and Tae for the video "Girl In A Country Song". I am sure this girl duo is thrilled. They were in the category with Miranda Lambert, Kasey Musgraves, Little Big Town and Carrie Underwood. Maddie and Tae I am sure are smiling ear to ear with this big win. The video is awesome.
