YES it's back!

Around this time of year all of here at 97.7/97.3 The Wolf do whatever we can to make sure that families across the Hudson Valley are able to have some gifts under their tree for the holiday. With your generosity over the last five years or so, we have been able to provide the Salvation Army in Poughkeepsie with thousands of toys that have been distributed to families in the Hudson Valley that are struggling each year.

In "normal" years we have asked local Hudson Valley businesses to let us put a toy collection box at their place of business so that folks could drop off toys at some point before the holidays. With the spike in COVID cases and state guidelines telling us to do our best to not go out as much as we would in years past, we've had to change it up a bit.

This year we have decided that instead of just canceling the holiday express, we have come up with a way that we think can still make this work and more importantly still provide some toys for the Salvation Army.

Here's the plan this year, on Monday December 14th and Tuesday December 15th, we will be set up outside of the Wolf studios at 2 Pendell Rd in Poughkeepsie, all day collecting your donations. It'll be the first ever drive thru toy drive and we can't do it without your help.

If you would like to help out all we are asking is that you pick a new toy or two and swing by the station and donate them. The Salvation Army has told us that this year they need our help more than ever so if you can do anything to help, PLEASE DO!

If you would like to send in your donation, you can send it to 2 Pendell Rd Poughkeepsie NY, 12603. If you shop online maybe drop something in your cart and have it shipped directly to us. Most online stores offers free shipping, so it shouldn't cost you anything. If you plan to ship us a toy or two please have it shipped ASAP.

We understand that everyone is struggling this year, some more than others, but if you can do anything to help us this year, we would be be forever grateful.

Happy holidays from our family to yours and thank you for your generosity.
