CJ Does First Snow Angel with No Snow (VIDEO)

Jess and I placed a wager on Friday about how much snow we would get over the weekend and I lost. Again!

Winter Storm Jonas was supposed to drop a bunch of snow here in the HUdson Valley. Jonas dumped a boat load south of us, but here in Poughkeepsie we got nothin.

Jess said we would get 3 inches or less and I took 3 or more. Loser had to do a snow angel.
