It's looking like the weather is going to warm up this weekend throughout the Hudson Valley. Hopefully all the snow will melt and we can move on to spring.

With the all the snow we still have road crews are out an about trying to clear paths for us to make our commute a little safe. However, according to the Daily Freeman things didn't run so smoothly on Thursday. The Freeman reports that a car crashed into a front loader in Rhinebeck that was clearing snow around 5:40am Thursday morning.

The vehicle was clearing snow off the shoulder when the car hit the construction vehicle. The accident sent the driver of the front loader to the Northern Dutchess hospital for evaluation, while the driver of the car refused medical attention.

Route 9G was closed for 45 minute on Thursday morning as the accident was cleared.
