It is amazing what you can find on the internet.

I was looking around the other day trying to find some stuff for Jess and I to talk about on the show. I pretty much do this like 3 times a day and every once and a while I find a gem like this.

Have you ever heard of the "Asian Squat"? Me either, until now.

All you need to is try and squat down on the ground, bend your knees and go down to the ground. The difference between a regular squat and the Asian squat is that for a proper Asian Squat you need to keep you feet totally flat on the ground.

Can you do it? Go ahead and try it.

We decided to see if anyone at the radio station could possibly do this right, including myself and Jess. Can we do it? Take a look.
