The COVID 19 outbreak has cause a lot of problems one of which is the food banks running short on food for families who need it more than ever. New York State being on pause has resulted in a need for food at our local area food pantries. Many families that normally wouldn't need food pantry services are counting on them to afford meals.

ShopRite in Kingston shared today on their Facebook page that when you shop their you can purchase a bag of prepacked groceries that will be donated to local food pantries. ShopRite has prepackaged bags because at this time they cannot accept outside donations. This weekend while you shop consider spend $10 more and helping your neighbors.

If you can't get to ShopRite in Kingston chances are that your local grocery is helping a food pantry in your area.
