Brad Paisley's "Without a Fight" singing partner Demi Lovato has been busy on the road this summer, touring with Nick Jonas on the Future Now Tour, and on Tuesday night (July 26), Paisley stopped by the pair's show in Washington, DC, to add a little country to their pop party.

During Lovato's set at DC's Verizon Center, Paisley joined the singer to perform their duet, "Without a Fight," and her song "Stone Cold;" the latter performance also featured Jonas accompanying them on piano. The country star streamed a good chunk of the performances on his Facebook page, so readers can press play on the video above to watch.

It's fitting that Paisley and Lovato collaborated on "Stone Cold" on Tuesday night, as their performance of that song at the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Awards was the impetus for her inclusion on "Without a Fight."

“I think she can hit notes that we can’t hear,” Paisley says of Lovato, calling her voice "otherworldly." “It’s hard to have character when you can sing that high. But she does.”

Following his appearance with Lovato and Jonas, Paisley tweeted a couple of photos from his time onstage, noting that he was "honored" to perform with them and had "[a] blast." Before the show, he shared a goofy photo of himself and Lovato using one of Snapchat's face-distorting features, noting, "This is why I don't do Snapchat."

"Without a Fight" is the lead single from Paisley’s forthcoming 11th studio album. The artist is current out on the road on his 2016 Life Amplified Tour, which also features Maddie & Tae and Tyler Farr.
