Brad and Carrie Hosted the CMA Awards as Kids?

The 48th annual CMA Awards are Wednesday at 8 pm on ABC, and for the 7th year Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood will be hosting. Apparently though they've been hosting the show for a little longer than that.

Each year Brad and Carrie, and the CMA promo team, get pretty creative when it comes to the show's promos. This year I think they outdid themselves, after all when are you going to get to see Eric Church, Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw, and other country superstars as little kids, oh and Brad and Carrie too.
