Its something you should do at least 3 times a day right?

We all have our routines, it usually goes like this: brush, floss, then rinse. Have we been doing it wrong all this time?

Dr. Matthew Lloyd, who is a dentist in England, told the website Good To Know that we should start doing our brushing routine in reverse. So we should floss first to get food particles stuck in our teeth loose, follow that with a little rinse with mouthwash and then he says we should brush our teeth.

He went on to say that

"Ideally, you should finish your oral care routine by brushing your teeth. That way, the toothpaste says in contact with your teeth and gums for longer and will provide better protection."

This really does make perfect sense. So when you get home tonight and your getting ready for bed, switch up the brushing routine and your teeth will thank you.
