The Worlds Largest Bingo Party Coming to Poughkeepsie This September

Is it just me or is Bingo getting a huge resurgence lately? A unique Bingo event is landing in the Hudson Valley in September that has people buzzing.

MJN Center Announces Unique Interactive Event This September

The MJN Center in Poughkeepsie has been busy putting on some amazing local events and welcoming big name artist to the area.

Comedians Jim Jeffries, Tom Segura and Jim Gaffigan are all on the MJN bill as well as Mid-Hudson Comic Con, and Awesome Championship Wrestling.

Now they're adding a unique, interactive Bingo event that isn't your typical Bingo game. Have you heard of Bingo Loco?

What is Bingo Loco?

Bingo, for some reason, has this stereotype that it's made for senior citizens. While it's a popular game for the older demographic, there's been a surge recently in bingo games at bars across the nation.

According to the Bingo Loco website Bingo Loco "isn't your grandmother's bingo." Think Bingo on steroids.

It's a 3-hour "interactive stage show complete with dance-offs, rave rounds, lip sync battles, throwback anthems, confetti showers, and prizes." Prizes include, according to the website, "international holidays, cars, air fryers, lawnmowers" and more.

If you're looking for a quiet night out, this is not the Bingo hall for you.

On the MJN Center Facebook page they add:

Bingo Loco is an immersive experience for those 21+ with the mentality of a theatre performance & the energy of a festival, completely suited for somebody who's looking for a night out like no other in their city or even the best work party on the planet.

When Will Bingo Loco be in Poughkeepsie, New York?

If you're ready for bingo, dancing, singing, confetti and a whole lot of fun save the date for Saturday, September 13th, 2025 when Bingo Loco takes over the MJN Center in Poughkeepsie.

Tickets for Bingo Loco go on sale on Friday, May 9th at 10 am through the Ticketmaster website.
