Wolf Pets of the Week With the Dutchess County SPCA

There are many sweet and affectionate pets at the Dutchess County SPCA who are looking for their furever home. Here's just a few for this week. The cats are first and the dogs are second.  Mama

Mama is a young female adult, that is a little shy upon first meeting her, but she will open right up to you and start purring. She is a very sweet girl, who just needs a bit of patience and love. Once you keep petting her, she will start drooling because of how happy she is.

Freckles

Freckles is a mellow, sweet adult male cat. He's a little on the shy side when you first approach him, but once he is comfortable with you, he'll love the attention you give him. He did live with another cat previously, so he would most likely enjoy the company of another cat in his new home.

Tubby

 Tubby is a very sweet and affectionate larger male cat waiting for his forever home. He was brought in with his sister Mya who is also waiting for a home. They are bonded to each other and we would love for them to be adopted together. Tubby is on a special diet called Urinary SO. If you are looking for two laid back kitties to share a seat on the couch with you, these would be quite the match for you.

Mya

Mya is a very sweet and affectionate female cat waiting for her forever home. This beautiful girl even has the cutest little underbite. She was brought in with her brother Tubby who is also waiting for a home. She is on the same special diet as Tubby called Urinary SO. If you are looking for two laid back kitties to share a seat on the couch with you, these would be quite the match for you.

Toodles

Toodles may be a senior by age, but he doesn't always act like one. He loves to play, talk and eat. He would really like a home where he can take lots of cat naps in the sun and maybe even help keep you company while you surf the internet.

Willow

Willow loves to snuggle up and cuddle with people. Willow especially loves belly rubs, but is a little shy at first. Willow would do better as the only pet in the home. Willow loves to play too, tennis balls are a favorite and fetch is the best game ever.

Miss Molly

Miss Molly is incredibly sweet, and just loves being with her people. She does use her nose a lot when she is out and about, but her favorite past times always include being close to her people, no matter what she is doing. She has a tendency to like her stuff ALOT, so Miss Molly is looking for a home that she wouldn't need to share too much.

Cindy

 Cindy is both beautiful and affectionate. This Brindle and white female terrier is a little shy to start, but before long she will be licking your face and trying to get on your lap. Though Miss Cindy would probably do best as an only pet, she has so much love, energy and sweetness to share. Come and meet Cindy out of her kennel, she is truly one dog who is sweet through and through.

Spuds

Spuds is young, fun, and loving. He is looking for a home that should be cat-free, and should have an energetic family with older children who have time to give to this handsome young male.

Clyde

Clyde is very smart, an extremely quick learner, is affectionate, and loves to have a good time. His potential is endless, he just needs a person to continue to help with his manners, and his self-control. Clyde recently had knee surgery and he is better then ever, and wants to explore the whole world. So if you have time to mold this young energetic, handsome & intelligent male into a "gentleman", come on in a meet Clyde.
