Memorial Day marks the unofficial beginning of summer and that means long summer days, vacations, and music, lots and lots of music. I don't know about you, but there are some songs that every time I hear them, I think of summer.

They're always fun songs with a great beat, and no matter how long it's been since I heard them last, I still know all of the words. Some remind me of summers when I was in college, the year I had my first job, and concerts I saw on break.

Have you noticed, though, that in the past few years, there's been lots of music polls asking which new song will be the song of the summer, before it even begins. This is obviously a very scientific method, so I thought, what the heck, let's try this.

Here are my top three songs to become the 2017 Summer Song. Let me know what you think. Which one gets your vote? Is there a song I completely missed out on?

Chris Janson had a great summer song last year with 'Buy Me A Boat' and he's done it again, with the help of a few famous friends. "Fix a Drink'.

Brothers Osborne will be coming to the Dutchess County Fair this August, and I can't wait. This song is just too much fun! 'It ain't my Fault'

The last song in my top three contenders for the 2017 Summer Song is a duet with Thomas Rhett and Maren Morris. From the first time I heard 'Craving You', I can't stop humming it. Plus the video is pretty cool too.

What do you think of my top three? Which songs are on your list for this summer?
