Where Can You Get Free Pancakes Today in the Hudson Valley?

It's National Pancake Day!

Some may say that last Tuesday (Fat Tuesday/Mardi Gras) was National Pancake Day, but not according to IHOP. The International House of Pancakes is celebrating its 12th annual free pancake day which I believe is the stronger argument to make today February 7th, National Pancake Day. Starting at 7 am today and running until 7pm tonight IHOP will be offering free short stacks of pancakes. Some participating IHOP restaurants will be staying opening and offering the free short stack until 10pm, breakfast for dinner...perfect!

According to the IHOP website, while the short stack is free they're hoping patrons will donate to one of the many charities they are supporting which include Shriners Hospital for Children, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. IHOP is hoping to raise $3.5 million this year.
