The Hudson Valley Maxxinista's are getting restless. Myself included.

We're not too sure when our beloved TJMaxx and HomeGoods locations are opening up. We heard at the end of May we'd see an opening by the end of June, then stores like Kohl's opened up on the 15th and we were hoping the same would happen at TJMaxx.

However, they're both still closed.

We've reached out to the Poughkeepsie Plaza to get a confirmation on when we can expect the stores to re-open.

While we wait, let's take a look at how other TJMax and HomeGoods locations are doing during their first few opening days.

CBS News 6 out of the Capital Region, shared the below picture on social media. The lines are no surprise since we're all so excited to get back into the swing of things, more specifically shopping.

The Connecticut locations are also opening and Taylor Dickson, from The Morning Grind on WRRV, took a little trip to check it out the HomeGoods. She tells us when it comes to products the "shelves were totally empty." Again, we should expect this with the popularity of stores like HomeGoods. Shoppers are ready to load up on candles and at home decor.

Dickson also adds that they were only letting in certain people at a time and that HomeGoods had "someone wiping down shopping carts and handing them out."

Are you expecting big crowds once TJMaxx and HomeGoods decided to reopen in Poughkeepsie? Are you willing to wait on line to get in? Let us know what your plan is.

Fingers crossed we get news of an opening date soon!
