Warrant Wednesday:Woman Wanted for Seventeen Felonies

Here’s this week’s list of outstanding warrants issued by the New York State Police. This information is posted on their Facebook page every Wednesday, and they ask all of us to help spread the word.

New York State Police Troop G Cobleskill is looking for 34-year-old Eleanor Black. The NY State Police state that she is wanted for grand larceny 3rd degree, criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd degree, forgery 2nd degree, offering a false instrument for filing, falsifying business records 1st degree, criminal impersonation 2nd degree. According to the NY State Police, Black is wanted on a Schoharie County Bench Warrant after she failed to appear in court after an 18 count indictment which includes 17 felonies, the charges stem from multiple cases beginning in 2012. The NY State Police list her known aliases she has used in the past to include Rebecca H. Beal and Denise Ann Scott. Black has ties to Schoharie and Otsego Counties and held a recent address in Myrtle Beach, SC.
