Warrant Wednesday: Ulster County Man Wanted for Unlawful Surveillance
Here are this week’s outstanding warrants from the New York State Police. They ask all of us to help by spreading the word. The New York State Police post these warrants on their Facebook page and, while we have highlighted an individual here, you can see all of this week’s outstanding warrants in the video below.
New York State Police Troop F, Kingston, are looking for 32-year-old Raul Alarcon-Martinez for unlawful surveillance. According to the New York State Police, he was arrested after recording fellow employees using the restroom at a local business. Raul Alarcon-Martinez never returned to court to answer these charges and as a result a bench warrant for his arrest was issued by the Ulster Town Court.
