According to the New York State Police, Daniel McKoy was arrested on the above charge after he became a fugitive of justice. He was arrested in California and extradited back to New York. McKoy has ties to California and been known to use the alias “Lawrence Outlaw” and “Luis Garcia-Lopez” and is considered to be violent, according to the New York State Police.
