Warrant Wednesday: Orange County Man Wanted For Possession of Child Pornography
Unfortunately, every week, there is no shortage of individuals who are wanted by the New York State Police for any number of reasons. Each week, the New York State Police issue the outstanding warrants and they ask us all to help by spreading the word. The New York State Police post these warrants on their Facebook page and, while we have highlighted an individual here, you can see all of this week’s outstanding warrants below.
New York State Police Troop F, Middletown, are looking for 26-year-old Wayne A. Vandunk Jr. for possessing obscene sexual performance by a child. According to the New York State Police, Vandunk was arrested after an investigation revealed that he was in possession of child pornography on his personal computer. He pled guilty in January of 2016 and was sentenced to five years probation and ordered to register as a sex offender. He failed to do so and has never returned to court. A bench warrant for his arrest was issued by the Orange County Criminal Court.
