Warrant Wednesday: Dutchess County Woman Wanted For Grand Larceny
Here are this week’s outstanding warrants from the New York State Police and they need our help by spreading the word. The New York State Police post these warrants on their Facebook page and, while we have highlighted an individual here, you can see all of this week’s outstanding warrants in the video below.
New York State Police Troop K, Poughkeepsie, are looking for 26 year-old Stephanie T. Sharps for criminal possession of a forged instrument and grand larceny. According to the New York State Police, Sharps is wanted by both the NY State Police and the Town of Pleasant Valley Court after being arrested in August 2016 after having been accused of cashing forged checks at two banks in Dutchess County. Sharps failed to return to court to answer these charges and a warrant for her arrest was issued in January 2017 by the Town of Pleasant Valley Court. She is known to be in the Poughkeepsie, Pleasant Valley area.
