Warrant Wednesday: Dutchess County Man Wanted for Unlawful Imprisonment and Aggravated Harassment

Here’s this week’s outstanding warrants from the New York State Police that they need our help with by spreading the word. The New York State Police post these warrants on their Facebook page and while we have only highlighted an individual here, this is just one of the many outstanding warrants they have.

New York State Police Troop K, Poughkeepsie, are looking for 57-year-old Paul J. Zanette for criminal contempt 1st degree, unlawful imprisonment 2nd degree, criminal mischief 4th degree, aggravated harassment 2nd degree

According to the New York State Police, Zanette is wanted by not only the New York State Police, but the Town of Beekman Court as well following a domestic incident in January of 2016. Zanette violated a full, stay-away court order of protection during a physical domestic disturbance, according to the New York State Police. He also allegedly prevented the victim from contacting 911 for police assistance. The Town of Beekman Court issued a warrant ordering Zanette's arrest in February of 2016.
