Warrant Wednesday: Columbia County Man Wanted For Possession of Forged Instrument
Here are this week’s outstanding warrants from the New York State Police. They ask all of us to help by spreading the word. The New York State Police post these warrants on their Facebook page and, while we have highlighted an individual here, you can see all of this week’s outstanding warrants in the video below.
New York State Police Troop K, Livingston, are looking for 27-year-old Arsenio Marquez for criminal possession of a forged instrument. According to the New York State Police, Marquez is wanted by both the NY State Police and the Town of Kinderhook Justice Court following a report of bank fraud involving the National Union Bank of Kinderhook, where Marquez knowingly deposited a forged check into his account and then withdraw almost $1000 from said account. A warrant for his arrest was issued in May of 2017 and his last known address was in Albany.
