In Touch: Villa Veritas Foundation Helping Four Generations

Each week, our public affairs show "In Touch" takes a look at issues, events and organizations in the Hudson Valley that are making a difference in our community. We talk to the newsmakers in the region to get an in-depth perspective on these issues and events. We also invite local organizations to the studio to let us know what they have happening on their calendars. "In Touch" strives to connect organizations with the Hudson Valley Community.

Joining us in the studio this month is Sue Cusack and Patrick Pillsworth from Villa Veritas Foundation. Sue is the president, CEO and co-founder. Patrick is an outreach coordinator. Villa Veritas has offered 45 years of help and hope. They work with individual men and woman along with whole families who have been touch by the disease of addiction. Their philosophy for recovery is based on a 12 step recovery program.

Villas Veritas has been helping families recover and learn a blueprint for sobriety over four generations. They know that the ripple effect of sobriety and recovery spans generations.
