With Spring arriving next week there will be a lot more events happening at your local fire house. We look forward to a season of food, car shows, flea markets and more. Each week we want to get the word out about your local fire house happenings. If you are a member of a Hudson Valley Fire Department or you know someone who is please let them know that we want to hear about what's going on at the fire house so we can spread the word.

If you aren't a member of a fire house you may want to look into how you could become a member. It will surprise you how many ways you can help. Check in at your local fire house and see what you can do. Some need volunteers. Some just need you to support their fundraising events. Port Ewen Volunteer Fire Department - Sunday March 18th Pancake Breakfast 8am to Noon. Location: 129 Legion Ct. Port Ewen, New York 12466

Coldenham Fire Company - Sunday March 18th St. Patrick's Weekend Breakfast 7am to Noon. Cost: Adults $15; Seniors and Kids under 10 $8; Kids under 3 free. Menu: Omelette Station cooked to order, Eggs, Pancakes, French Toast, Sausage, Bacon, Corned beef Hash and more! Location: 511 Coldenham Road Walden, New York 12586.

Weekly Events

Wallkill Fire Department - Every Wednesday Night BINGO. Doors and Kitchen open at 5pm. Selling starts at 6pm. Calling starts at 7pm.
