Thomas Rhett walked the red carpet at the 2017 Grammy Awards on Sunday night (Feb. 12). The country star wore a black suit with a white jacket, and a black-and-white bowtie, while his wife Lauren opted for a tulle-heavy navy blue dress; she kept her long blonde hair down.

Rhett is nominated for Best Country Song, as one of the writers of his 2016 hit "Die a Happy Man." It's the first Grammys nomination for the country singer, who wrote the song about his wife, Lauren.

Along with "Die a Happy Man," Rhett has released two more No. 1 singles in 2016, off his second studio album, Tangled Up: February's "T-Shirt" and October's "Star of the Show" both shot to the No. 1 spot on the country charts. In 2017, Rhett will headline his own tour for the first time, visiting almost 40 cities across the U.S., Canada and the UK on his Home Team Tour.

The 2017 Grammy Awards are set to air on Feb. 12 on CBS at 8PM ET; James Corden of The Late Late Show will host.
