This Is Why My Diet Isn’t Working
I'm all about eating right and exercising but I'm also a firm believer that we shouldn't deprive ourselves of the good things in life like food and sweets. I eat pretty clean and healthy most of the time and work out at least 4 days a week but I have a sweet tooth and very little self control when it comes to sweets. It doesn't help when I see food or sweets that look extra good because I know I'm going to eventually cave and when I do, it's going to be big time. I'm not that person that can eat a bite or just one cookie.
I was doing great this morning. Had a protein bar for breakfast and had chicken for lunch but after walking past this deliciousness from Shop Rite in New Paltz. The Zapoli to celebrate St Joseph's Day.
I ate the whole thing! I feel bad about it but only because I'm sick from eating the whole thing!
Bottom line though, enjoy life. Eat what you want, but don't be stupid about it....unless it's worth it!
