Taste The Valley This Fall In The Hudson Valley

One of the coolest things ever was when I had the chance a few years ago to do the Zac Brown Band Eat & Greet.  They don't do pictures or autographs but they actually serve you food and hang out with you at dinner.  The dinner comes from local farmers.  They are big supporters of farms, especially local ones.

This fall, support local farmers, learn and have fun doing it.

The Brookby Farm Festival-Taste the Valley is September 28th from 10am to 5pm at Brookby Farm Store and Dairy.

Enjoy home cooked food, see the milking process, cheese making, yarn spinning and more.

If I can give any advice, see how difficult hand milking a cow can be.
