The Biscoff Bombshell!

It's made up of a homemade waffle taco shell, then it's stuffed with vanilla ice cream and "loaded with Biscoff crunchies and drizzled in rich Biscoff sauce."

Taco Tuesday just got a sweet makeover!

The Spoons Ice Cream Taco Tuesday special will be available every Tuesday once they open for the season in March, but you can also pre-order and pick them up now!

Spoons Ice Cream Announces 2026 Season Opening

Spoons will officially open for the season on Saturday March 21st, 2026.

While the establishment itself will look the same, behind the scenes there have been some changes.

In early February 2026,  Spoons original owners Alyssa and Kellie shared that after 6 years at Spoons, they were selling the store.

Thankfully, Spoons will live on at Eastdale Village thanks to new owners Jamie and Dale. They told us they were excited to carry the Spoons " legacy forward—preserving its heart while introducing new experiences and unique offerings, for both loyal guests and new fans."

Hudson Valley Prepares for Ice Cream Season

Spoons isn't alone as they prepare for their opening day.

Many local ice cream shops are teasing their opening day schedules. Village Creamery in Wappingers has started talking about seasonal employment, and Mary Janes Dairy Bar in Newburgh has been keeping busy with pop-ups during the winter months.

We'll work to get an official list of opening dates in the future.
