Blue skies and sunshine dominate the Hudson Valley weather pattern for the weekend and most of next week.  High pressure over the great lakes will keep control of the weather, its hold is pretty deep over the area.  There was some concern that we could see a low-pressure system cross threw the Hudson Valley area.  That system will cross to our south Saturday night but stay far enough south to not threaten our area.

Temperatures should stay pretty warm and seasonal right into next week. Our next chance of showers is Wednesday night.  Pretty much we could sum up the forecast as sunny with temperatures in the upper 70’s and low 80’s.

Here’s the latest forecast from the National Weather Service:

Saturday:  Mostly sunny, high 81.

Saturday night:  Cloudy, low 54.

Sunday:  Mostly sunny, high near 76.

Sunday night:  Mostly clear, with a low near 53.

Monday: Sunny, high 77.

Tuesday: Sunny, high near 81.

Wednesday:  Sunny, high around 84.

Thursday:  Sunny again, high 83.
