The big question, is it Fall or Summer in the Hudson Valley?  Wednesday will be a weird day, as a large area of high pressure takes control of our weather.  We will see above normal temperatures and a big jump in humidity.  Plenty of sunshine and temps around 80.

Then Hurricane Michael, is expected to hit the Florida Pan Handle in the afternoon Wednesday.  This will affect our weather on Thursday as it makes a cold front spread showers and heavy rainfall for the area.  Then we cool off again for Friday and the weekend.

Here’s the latest forecast from the National Weather Service:

Wednesday:  Early morning patchy fog, otherwise partly sunny.  High near 81.  Light southwest wind and higher humidity levels.

Wednesday night:  Mostly cloudy, low around 66.  A chance of showers.

Thursday:  A chance of showers and thunderstorm early, then more storms and heavy rain.  High near 72.

Friday: Partly sunny, with a chance of showers.  High near 60.
