Westchester County SPCA Makes Arrest After Disturbing Cat Abuse Video
Suspect Caught on Camera Throwing Cat in Westchester County New York
Security camera footage shared by SPCA Westchester earlier this week depicted a disturbing sight.
In the video there are 2 individuals and a cat in carrying holder. The security footage from April 22nd, shows one of the suspect throw the cat across the front lawn. SPCA Westchester writes:
A video recording captured the frightened cat being grabbed and thrown across the front yard two times during a dispute.
The cat then runs directly to the front door looking for safety. The other individual in the video picks up the cat, only for the cat to then be violently ripped out of their hands by the suspect.
SPCA Westchester muted the sound purposely before sharing it to their social media accounts.
