SP: Hudson Valley Driver Falls Asleep, Kills New York Woman
The Hudson Valley driver fell asleep behind the wheel just before 5 p.m.

On Monday, police in Orange County released more information about a fatal crash.
Last Tuesday around 4:30 p.m., the Town of Montgomery Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 17K in the area of Winding Hills.
Arriving officers determined one car crossed over the double-yellow lines and side-swiped the other car, killing the other driver.
Eileen A. Habesland, 44, of Buffalo was pronounced dead on the scene.
A GoFundMe was set up to help her family.
On Monday, police announced 20-year-old Brennon Hernandez of Monroe fell asleep while driving, causing his vehicle to cross over the double-yellow line and into an upcoming car, causing the death of Habesland.
Hernandez remained at the scene and cooperated with police, officials say. Police add there were no signs of impairment.
Hernandez was issued a summons for crossing a double yellow line.
