Skaters Wanted in Hyde Park, NY For HBO Max Production

Extra! Extra! Read all about it! Extras are needed for an HBO Max production filming in Dutchess County in May.

The reboot of Pretty Little Liars was picked up for a 2nd season and once again, they're filming in the Hudson Valley. Local extras are wanted for what sounds like will be a groovy 70s-themed skating scene. Grant Wilfley Casting announced in a social media post they are " seeking Extras to Portray Roller Skating 70s Party Goers for HBOMAX Pretty Little Liars Season 2."

Skaters Needed for Pretty Little Liars Shoot in Hyde Park, NY

Here's what you need to know:

They're looking for extras ages 18-45 of all genders and ethnicities who know how to skate and are "comfortable around strobe lighting." Tuesday, May 16th, 2023 is the tentative date for filming.

The casting call didn't share specifically where they would be filming this roller skating scene, but they shared that it would be shooting in Hyde Park, NY. If you grew up in the Dutchess County, you know there's only one go-to roller rink and it's in Hyde Park. Remeber Roller Magic?

They're still open and host a ton of events for kids and adults looking to skate and have a good time. So, we're thinking the 'Liars' crew will be calling Roller Magic home in May.

Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin Takes Over Saugerties, NY

Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin was spotted across Ulster and Orange counties filming during 2021 and 2022. The show premiered on HBO Max in July of 2022 and was quickly picked up for a 2nd season. Did you spot the HV in Season 1?
