Contest Official Rules

By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES WHO HAVE REACHED EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE AS OF MARCH 19, 2026.

1. SPONSOR

The sponsor of the Contest is Townsquare Media, LLC (the “Sponsor”) with offices at 2 Pendell Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.

2. PRIZE

The prize of the Contest consists of the following:
(a) one (1) $250 Visa Gift Card.

The winner is not permitted to substitute the prize for its cash equivalent. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any or all of the prizes with any article or service of similar or greater value at its sole discretion. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred.

3. HOW TO ENTER

You may enter the Contest by visiting 97.7/97.3/105.5 The WOLF’s mobile app or website, clicking on “Show Us Your Buds,” completing the entry form, and uploading a photo.

Photos submitted must relate to the “Show Us Your Buds” theme and feature flowers, buds, plants, or similar spring imagery.

By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by the Contest Official Rules. All entries, as well as all copyrights thereto, will become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected entries.

Your entry must be submitted within the Entry Period (set forth in Section 7) or it will be deemed void.

Sponsor reserves the right to deem void and disqualify any entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion, and without notice.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

Multiple entries are NOT permitted.

4. ONLINE ENTRIES

The winning online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry was made. The authorized email account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website, inability to submit the online entry form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Contest.

If this Contest or any associated website becomes corrupted or otherwise does not permit entry, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.

5. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to all residents of the 48 contiguous United States who have reached eighteen (18) years of age as of March 19, 2026.

Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize:
(a) persons who from and after March 19, 2026 are employees or agents of Sponsor or prize supplier (Michaels Appliance Center), or its affiliates, parent, subsidiaries, or service agencies;
(b) persons involved in the development, production, distribution, or administration of this Contest; and
(c) immediate family members or household members of any of the above.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION; REQUIRED RELEASES

One (1) winner will be selected at random and notified on or shortly after April 16, 2026.

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone call. If Sponsor cannot reach the winner within one (1) day after notification is attempted, an alternate winner may be selected.

To claim the Prize, the winner must:
(a) confirm receipt of the notice by return email; and
(b) complete, sign, and return a Winner Affidavit & Release form and IRS tax documentation as required by Sponsor.

7. ENTRY PERIOD

The Contest begins on March 19, 2026 and ends on April 16, 2026.

All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on April 16, 2026.

The winner will be announced on April 16, 2026.

8. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest.

By participating, entrants agree:
(a) to be bound by these Official Rules; and
(b) to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability related to participation or prize use.

9. USE OF NAME, LIKENESS, ETC.

By entering the Contest, you grant Sponsor and its partners the unlimited right to use your name, voice, likeness, submitted content, and related information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. ENTRANT RELEASE

By entering, you release Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims related to participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or rights of publicity.
