When do you take a shower? It's a debate we have had on the show before, but now researchers are saying that there is a right answer to the question to shower at night or in the morning.

According to Seventeen, researchers say it's better for your skin to shower after you've been sweating all day, which makes sense if you sweat all day but for me I have to shower in the morning. (Us radio guys don't sweat that much...LOL.)

I always feel like if I don't shower in the morning, I'm setting myself up for a crappy day. Nothing wakes me up like a nice hot shower at 4:30 in the morning. It's almost as good as a cup of coffee and if by some miracle I actually sweat during the day, I'll take a shower at night before bed and another shower again in the morning.

Jess said that she has to shower at night to relax, which is so weird to me as a shower always amps me up.

The experts also said that if you are looking for a way to sleep better, you should shower at night because it fits in better with your body's natural rhythms.
