Here in the Hudson Valley, we are getting ready to head into Phase 2 of reopening New York.

With Phase 2, we are learning that restaurants in New York will be allowing outdoor dining. This is an update from what we were previously told, that outdoor seating would come along with Phase 3.

Lucky for us, while we're waiting for these restaurants to open, there are still take out and delivery options. If you'd like to take your take out and enjoy your food outdoors, there's a new spot for you to check out in Red Hook.

Red Hook Eat-N-Go patio is now open according to their Facebook page.

Of course, there are a few rules we must follow:

  • Practice social distancing with no congregating allowed
  • Clean and sanitize your way in and out
  • No loitering or lingering
  • No loud outside music
  • No use after 9pm
  • No smoking
  • Enjoy and be safe

They also add that there are cameras on the property recording at all times.

A post from Chris Panetta in the Red Hook Happening Facebook page explains that Red Hook Eat-N-Go is opened from 7am to 9pm daily and is a "community outdoor seating area with appropriate social distancing and sanitizing facilities."

We love seeing our Hudson Valley Community get creative during these uncertain times.

If you'd like to enjoy your to-go meal at Red Hook Eat-N-Go you can check them out at 7509 North Broadway in Red Hook.

The Hudson Valley is a perfect place for a little local road trip. Will you be heading to Red Hook with your takeout?
